The Partners in Pork group of farms operates 3—1200 sow farrowing barns and 11 feeder barns in Central Alberta. The first farrowing barn was built in 1994 and County Line Farms and Rimbeek Farms followed in 1998 and 2000. Feeder barns are owned and contracted by the farrowing companies and the group presently grows out 90% of its farrowings.
